The third European Business Conference on Inclusive Design will give you practical tools and methods, interactive sessions and inspiring workshops with useful take out to bring back for your own everyday. The business conference will be held in Oslo on 7. - 8. June 2012.
The event will include a 24 Hour Design Challenge engaging teams of designers and users. Main target groups for the European Business Workshops on Inclusive Design 2012 are business managers, designers, marketers or industry practitioners.
The practical workshops and interactive sessions will including the following topics:
- Digital inclusion
- Creating better products, services and environment
- Practical methods to understand customer needs
- Communicating the benefits of the approach to clients and colleagues
